Architecture constitutes the bulk of our monthly billings and it encompasses several building types, from commercial offices and retail shopping centers, to individual restaurants and stores, to small-scale single-family residential additions.

Los Angeles Architecture

Having been in the South Bay area of Los Angeles County for over 40 years, we recently have had the opportunity to renovate some of our own early work, including shopping centers and office parks. The firm has done municipal buildings in Torrance and on the Palos Verdes Peninsula and we have built hundreds of thousands of square feet of medical and commercial office space from Los Angeles to Long Beach.

BPS Projects

Our projects have included branch banks, retail stores, strip centers, restaurants, churches, schools, apartment buildings, historic renovations, hospitals, clinics, marinas, day care centers, and college campuses.

Master Planning

We even master planned the first brownfield reclamation project for the County of Los Angeles – the South Bay Botanic Gardens - which installed a lush, greenscape of exotic and native trees, ponds, fountains and pathways over what had been a landfill site in the Palos Verdes Peninsula.

Now, what was a dump at mid-century supports an 87-acre park and nature reserve, butterfly and bird habitat and an outdoor amphitheatre where the community enjoys Shakespeare performances each summer season.
