The firm has done commercial work since its inception in the late 1960’s. As a result, it’s almost impossible to drive the Hawthorne Boulevard commercial corridor and find a spot from which only one BPS project is visible. Many of the most identifiable landmark buildings in the South Bay are in our portfolio.
The noted pyramid bank building, LaCaze Development, Torrance Hospital, Escondido Bank, Malaga Bank, Cypress Retail Group, Boeing Aircraft, Sunrider Corp, Leiner Health Products, American Honda Motor Company, Hughes Space and Communications, and others are on our list of clients. And literally thousands and thousands of square feet of office space throughout Los Angeles County have been improved by the firm.

We have successfully installed tenants of varying sizes in extremely difficult and challenging locations in Los Angeles, in Irvine, in Downtown Beverly Hills and even in downtown Chicago.
BPS provided interior design and
construction administration services for the interior build-out of Airgas West corporate office.
Bryant Palmer Soto has been working with LaCaze Development on multiple waterfront village and marina parcels in Redondo Beach for several years, the most exciting of which, tentatively known as Redondo Beach Village Marina, occupies a protected, pivotal site at the waters edge, linking the Redondo Beach Pier with existing retail and hotel sites along the shore to the north.
BPS has provided A/E services to Watson Land Company on an as needed basis for everything from a new truck door to complete build-to-suit offi ce and industrial projects including laboratories for research and development facilities.
