A second-generation architect-leader of BPS, Keith Palmer has more than thirty years experience with Southern California and Los Angeles County projects. His leadership as Principal Architect and Principal Designer has resulted in more than forty award-winning projects.
Keith has a diverse background in project types with a unique specialization in community infill and renovations, and he is recognized for his expertise in design and master planning of corporate office campuses. He has also developed Design Guidelines that have revitalized several Los Angeles and Orange County commercial districts and retail and entertainment complexes. Keith has designed and master planned more than 200 local, small-community infill renovation projects in Southern California. Keith is a Registered Architect in California.
Mr. Palmer provides overall design direction and project representation at meetings and Public Hearings before community groups and civic activists, Municipal Design Review Boards, Planning Commissions, District Boards, and State Agencies. He has supervised the design of over 200 community infill and renovation projects in Los Angeles County. Keith's success is the result of his design talent and his unique ability to focus on key project issues as well as his strength as an effective communicator, design advocate and public speaker.
