Residential Projects

We try to have at least one, single family residential project in the office at all times. While the bulk of our work is large-scale, we have found that it’s very healthy for designers and project managers to have both large scale commercial and smaller scale residential projects on their desks simultaneously, so they’re forced to “bounce back and forth” between projects that require broad brush management and those that benefit from extremely precise, small scale detailing. Working on both is healthy for our staff.

Interiors Division

Bryant Palmer Soto’s experience in interior architecture has garnered numerous awards and professional recognitions. Our interiors group has designed the full range of project types and scales, from small medical offices or Mom and Pop retail stores, to full floor plates of corporate interiors for such clients as Arden Realty, Hughes Space & Communications, Boeing Satellite Division, Direct TV, Encino Hospital, Kaiser Permanente and Sunrider International.
