Partial Retail Project ListBPS - Retail & Restaurant
Many of Southern California’s largest Retail and Entertainment Complexes are in our portfolio including Rolling Hills Plaza, Torrance Town Center, Lomita Crossing, Torrance Crossroads, and more. We have also designed many individual restaurant locations in the South Bay of Los Angeles, as well as national retail roll outs for Chipotle Mexican Grille and Learningsmith Retail Stores. We have designed individual “Mom & Pop” stores, Blockbuster Video locations, Hollywood Video, Koo-Ka-Roo Chicken restaurants, the Red Onion, Olive Garden, TGI Fridays, and several fast food locations in southern California.
In more than one location, we have been asked to renovate our own shopping center from the earliest years of the firm’s existence – a testament to the satisfaction of retail developers and center management. Retail & Restaurant Villages
